1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OpsGimbal reverse gateway, staging endpoints, documentation, or early-access API tokens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Developer Preview & Beta Services
OpsGimbal v0.9.x is provided as a staged preview for engineering evaluation. Features including chaos fault injection, autonomous circuit tripping, and traffic shadowing are designed for validation in testing, staging, and pre-production environments. Users should configure failure thresholds according to their specific infrastructure SLO requirements.
3. Upstream Provider Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with the Acceptable Use Policies and API service agreements of all upstream LLM providers (including Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, and Microsoft Azure) accessed through the OpsGimbal proxy. OpsGimbal does not bypass upstream security filters or rate-limit quotas established by providers.
4. Intellectual Property
The OpsGimbal brand, logos, documentation, and proprietary gateway routing subsystems are the intellectual property of OpsGimbal Inc. Community distributions are licensed under the Apache 2.0 license as specified in respective project manifests.
