Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 12, 2026 · Version 1.1
1. Zero Token Storage Architecture
OpsGimbal operates strictly as an in-memory Layer 7 reverse proxy and circuit-breaking gateway. By design, OpsGimbal does not persist, log, store, or train on the contents of inference prompts, completions, embeddings, or user-provided tokens passed through the gateway proxy.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit our early access form or register for developer previews, we collect:
- Work email address.
- Declared infrastructure environment (e.g. AWS EKS, Bare Metal Linux).
- Primary upstream model provider (e.g. Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI).
This information is strictly utilized to provision scoped developer staging tokens and communicate product availability updates.
3. Telemetry & System Metrics
For self-hosted instances of OpsGimbal, all telemetry metrics (latency percentiles, 429 throttling counts, circuit trip states) are exposed locally via /metrics for internal Prometheus/Datadog collection and are not transmitted back to OpsGimbal unless explicitly enabled via opt-in diagnostic reporting.
4. Third-Party Upstream Providers
When routing traffic to model providers such as Anthropic (Claude API) or local fallback engines, requests are transmitted securely over TLS. Your relationship with upstream API providers is governed by their respective privacy terms and enterprise agreements.
5. Contact & Data Deletion
For questions regarding this policy or to request immediate deletion of your early-access credentials, contact: admin@opsgimbal.tech.
